Mr Desmond Lee
Minister for National Development &
Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration
Mr Desmond Lee currently serves as Singapore’s Minister for National
Development and Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration.
He also co-chairs the Singapore-Tianjin Economic and Trade Council and
the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Joint Working Committee.
His commitment to social upliftment and sustainability aligns deeply
with Kampung Senang’s core values.

Mrs Wong-Mah Jia Lan
Philanthropist and Artist
Mrs Wong-Mah Jia Lan is a celebrated philanthropist named one of Forbes Asia-Pacific’s top givers in 2013. A firm believer in education and compassion, she established the Wong-Mah Jia Lan Bursary at Duke-NUS to support financially challenged medical students. Alongside her late husband, she built a legacy of generosity—supporting temples, hospitals, and schools across the region. Now a Singapore citizen, Mama Wong’s values were deeply shaped by her mother’s spirit of kindness. She is also a passionate artist, known for her expressive finger paintings.

Mr Seah Moon Ming
Chairman of SMRT Corporation Ltd
Mr Seah Moon Ming is a distinguished leader in Singapore’s engineering, public transportation, and education sectors. Currently Chairman of SMRT and the NUS High School Board of Governors, he has held key leadership roles at Pavilion Energy, Temasek Holdings, and International Enterprise Singapore. Recognised with the IES Lifetime Engineering Award, the Public Service Star, and the Meritorious Service Medal, Mr Seah's lifelong contributions continue to impact the nation meaningfully.
